About Lifetimes In Harmony:

Our Mission: Lifetimes in Harmony (LIH) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2026 that seeks to provide music, created by passionate, skilled teenage musicians, to the elderly of New York City. We believe that all New Yorkers should be able to experience the joys of music, regardless of their age or physical capabilities.

What we do: LIH carries music throughout the Tri-state area by performing at various senior citizen centers and assisted living communities. In a city filled with skilled teenage musicians, we grant them the vital opportunity to present their passion and love for music. To prepare for our performances, we organize and host several rehearsals amongst a variety of different ensembles encompassing an array of different genres of music (pop, contemporary, classical, jazz, etc).

Meet the Founders:

Andrew Dubin - 2/20/26

Meet Andrew.

Andrew Dubin is a 16-year-old classical violin student of Ella Heifets at the Manhattan School of Music Precollege, and has been studying the violin for nearly 12 years. Andrew has received the gold prize from the 2025 Anselmo Violin Competition and 2026 American Protegé Competition, and has been granted bronze from the 2025 VITAS International Violin Competition. Though Andrew's focus is mainly centered on classical music, he is dedicated to exploring and performing various genres of music. Ultimately, however, his true passion is in orchestral and ensemble playing, where he says he "finds his moment."
